New Verse Everyday 2011

One of my goal for this year is to remember a verse a day. Today’s my verse is

Zephaniah 3:17

The Lord your (my) God is with you (me),

He is mighty to save.

He will take great delight in you (me);

He will quiet you (me) with his love,

He will rejoice over you (me) with singing.

This is a new season for me. A season of faith. A season of new blessings in my life. In God there is Hope. After the rain, there will always be a rainbow. After crying for one night (after raining), something beautiful is going to come fore in my life. The Lord is the almighty one and I will put my trust in Him. In Him, I will rest and be secured. In Him, I do not need to worry.

Thank you Lord Jesus. No compromise for you….

Dearest Charlene CHEW!

Thanks for blogging this! I cried when I was reading it. I realised how much I really really miss you and your family. I thank God for you in my life. I really thank God that you were with me when I thought I was all by myself at that time. You’re a gem in my life and I really treasured you alot. Don’t feel bad lah…. at least we get to spend time together! Remember, God loves you and He will protect you wherever you are. My prayer for you is that you will know this special friend of mine – Jesus Christ.

Although I can’t put it in words how much you mean a lot to me but I just want to tell you sincerely – “You mean a lot to me.” I really thank God for you and Baohui. Money is not a problem…the most important thing is that I get to spend time with you. I love how the way you cracked up random jokes and I literally laugh my head off and keep remembering them. Especially the Chen Han Wei…goodness gracious, that was hilarious!

Char! I love you and you’re very special to me! No matter what I will always keep you in my prayer. I can’t wait till the day you will be here in Syd with me and spend a good few weeks with me!

Remember you’re Beautifully & Wonderfully created by God to be a blessing to everyone around you. And I thank God that He has created you and put you in my path. Love you heaps.

What’s next? Going to Uni for my Econ’s class

I been in Sydney by myself for 3 years! I CAN’T believe it. Time passes so fast…. I couldn’t have done all these without the help of Hope Church. You want sincere people? Come to Hope Church. When they say they will help you…they WILL help you. This is such an encouraging church. Without all my spiritual aunties and uncles I won’t think I can survive that well in Sydney.

I really look forward to go back Singapore where i can totally pigged in! And catch up with all my good old friends.

Another 5 more months…. I will be back.:)

I can’t contain my joy and excitment anymore!!! I gotta let it out and put it in this blog. My bestie – Vivian Ong ( baoerfully.wordpress.com) is coming to Sydney for the whole month just for me! She is such a gem in my life and I can’t wait to bring her to every place that is good in Oz. She will be coming on 28 Nov till 3 Jan.. a good solid month.
